Advertiser/Client: Sierra Wireless Campaign: VOQ Idea: A Vancouver, BC based technology company called Sierra Wireless developed a smart phone to compete in the international market. The Voq Professional Phone's™ unique selling proposition is that it is a phone first, allowing the mobile user to not have to carry a phone and PDA. It incorporates the best features of one's current mobile phone, messaging device and PDA - all in one. The goal of the creative was to not replicate the vast sea of consumer electronics and software ads with white backgrounds and flashy product shots espousing the same message. Instead, the creative was developed to break through the clutter and deliver the key message of expanding one's capabilities.
